Welcome Summer!

Where does time go! it feels like two minutes since I last blogged what’s going on which turned out to be in the Autumn… well the sun is finally out so our lads are flat out working in perfect conditions for laying concrete, fixing rebar & flying shutters in left right and centre. we are working all over South Wales on some cracking projects for Clients like Lewis Civil Engineering, Churngold, JDM Contractors, Andrew Scott, Walters Group & Interserve just to name a few. Last week we completed the base (two pours) in West Huntspill STW for Lewis Civils which consisted of over 600m3 of concrete, we are now working away at the 3000m2 of RC walls on the project. We are carrying out two large projects for Churngold, SA1 in Swansea (PC-Midas Construction) at Cardiff Innovation Centre (Bouygues Construction). H&S wise, we just got Re-accredited for CHAS which is fantastic news, we’ve just had ten operatives trained up for SSSTS, twelve operatives MEWP trained, We’ve installed a Temporary Works Co-Ordinator, three new Slinger/ Signallers (City & Guild) & finally won Safety Awards on the Bouygues Site in Cardiff (which probably the greatest accolade to humankind 🙂 )
